LPC approval issued for adaptive reuse of West Village parking garage

The approved design preserves the character of the former industrial building by using authentic materials, careful repairs, and minimal insertions. The structure’s historically-inspired renewal ensures it contributes to the neighborhood for another 50-plus years.
