Our red construction van was used to deliver monitors and supplies to our employees around the city, and our current participatory design student workshop is moving to video conferencing.

Thrilled to announce that the affordable housing project on which we’ve partnered with Asian Amercans for Equality (AAFE) to design and build topped out on Wednesday, September 2, 2020! The 14-story building has 54 units that are 100% affordable.

LSS welcomed architecture undergraduate and graduate students from City College of NY and New York City College of Technology who are participating in the Architectural League’s inaugural year of a collaborative mentorship program. Students and their mentors enjoyed presentations from our various areas of practice – architecture, interiors, design-build and community participatory design.
