This restaurant inhabits the entire lower level of a pre-war Soho tenement building, its entire length opening to abundant western light. Designed in collaboration with the chef and sommelier, the spatial and material consideration resolve the geometries of the street grid and the existing building. This creates an intimate and tactile connection to the neighborhood, while celebrating the simple, refined and authentic character of the food and wine.
