Located in a dune field between the beach and a wetland preserve, the main spaces are positioned on a stone plinth above a considerable flood elevation. To maximize views of the ocean and wetlands, the public living spaces are situated on the upper level while the private areas appear to be nestled in the dunescape on the home’s lower level.
