Leroy Street Studio is designing two buildings of mixed-use affordable housing on the Lower East Side for Asian Americans for Equality (AAFE). The 54 units in these buildings will provide affordable housing and community space to the neighborhood.

The buildings will incorporate sustainable and active design principles, including bike storage, easily-accessible outdoor green space, and visible stairs and circulation pathways.
